Hylko has overall responsibility for the growth of the IHG brand portfolio in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta and the Balkans.

Hylko holds a bachelor degree in European Hospitality Management & Hotel Administration from The Hague Hotel School and has lived in over 10 countries throughout his life. He lives in Madrid with his wife and two daughters and his hobbies include tennis, kite surfing and motorbikes.
