Marta obtained a Degree in Industrial Engineering at the Polytechnical University of Catalonia and a Master of Information Technology Management at the University of La Salle.

She started in consulting and then changed to end user/customer in the information technology area, working later in different business departments.

She is currently the SVP of IT for NH Hotels, having, for the last seven years, carried out a plan for the global transformation of the company´s systems in the 29 countries in which NH has presence.
