Paloma’s professional career began with Hyatt in the States. Upon her return to Spain, she focused on luxury hotels such as Villa Magna and Ritz Hotel in Madrid and Marbella Club y Los Monteros in Marbella. For 12 years she was COO, at HCI, a management company, 22 hotels with different international brands in 7 different countries. In 2019 she moved back to Madrid, as General Manager at InterContinental Madrid.
