My working life has been dedicated to hospitality. I have worked in Spain and France in both chain hotels and independent hotels, this combination has helped me to understand the large structures and at the same time be able to work on personalisation and detail. After several years leading the Cap Rocat team, highlighting the daily operations and human resources strategy, I joined the Marugal team at its headquarters in 2016 as human resources manager.
