Findings from our analysis of 15,000+ airline reviews reveals what bothers travelers the most in the post-pandemic travel era. Through this analysis, we also identified the leading causes of dissatisfaction amongst air travelers. Further, we would compare the sentiment of travelers, airline executives and the media and saw a stark contrast in sentiment.
