Gretel Schaj

Gretel leads BABLE’s operations in Spain and Portugal and is a Urban Innovation and Governance expert, with more than 8 years of experience in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder and multi-sector projects across Europe. She is the coordinator of the local network of CIVITAS in Iberia, focused on the development of sustainable and accessible mobility. She also has experience as an policy researcher at Fraunhofer Institute, and as a local manager of a Political Ecology Forum in Argentina.
