Manuel Jesús Marchena Gómez

Professor of Regional Geographic Analysis at the University of Seville. Full member of the Andalusian Academy of Regional Science. He has six Sexenios of research and transfer, more than 50 accredited publications. Master in Regional Development by CEPAL and consultant of the World Tourism Organization (WTO). He has been Manager of Urban Planning of the City Council of Seville, Director of the Strategic Plan, CEO of Emasesa and President of the Patronal de las empresas Españolas de Abastecimiento Urbano de Aguas. He is Director of Sanguino Abogados and drafter of the POTA. He was born in Brenes and is 64 years old.
