After 15 years as a hotel General Manager in national and international destinations, I am joining the corporate area to acquire a more strategic vision of the business and contribute my experience to the creation and design of standards, operational processes and experiences of the new brand architecture of Barcelo Hotel Group. SER Barceló is our internal management and training model, which aims to make our hotel experience recognisable anywhere in the world.
